EU Information Phone The EU Information Phone was launched in 1999 in the EU Information Centre at the National Library of Estonia with the aim of improving public awareness of EU-related issues in Estonia.
The EU information phone free of charge number is 800 3330 (available only in Estonia). The EU information phone is manned from: Mon - Fr 11.00-18.00 Sat 12.00-19.00
We respond to enquires on EU issues instantly or within two days at the latest. Information requests can also be sent by e-mail elik@nlib.ee.
We rely in compiling the answers on the following sources of information:
• the resources of EU Information Centre at the National Library of Estonia • the assistance of specialists in ministries and state agencies supporting this information service • the assistance of local EU information consultants throughout Estonia
